Incremental Encoders

Description

Incremental Encoders create a quantity of pulses based on a shaft rotation. The pulse count of an encoder is refered to as PPR (Pulses per Revolution). Encoders can measure distances or measure motor speed. Incremental encoders are offered in the following features:

  • 1 to 100,000 Pulses
  • 1/4″ to 1″ Shaft Sizes
  • HTL, TTL, or Line Driver Outputs
  • Shaft or Hollow Shaft Design
  • Flange or Servo Mount
  • Cable or Quick Connector
  • Programmable or Fixed PPR
  • Hyperface Communcation
